  • Awesome stuff, Tim. I only got serious about working out about 3 years ago, but in that time I have figured out that the only real important thing is to have a long-term goal of increasing strength and health for the sake of longevity and happiness. I want to be able to get around when Iā€™m old! Getting hung up on short-term results and aesthetics not only takes the fun, pleasure, and sense of accomplishment out of the exercise, it can go beyond that and actively make you feel worse about yourself. So, focusing on and obsessing over the wrong things = negative impact on well-being, even if you are putting the work in.

  • I do bodybuilding as a hobby and only as a natural. I appreciate you taking the time and talk about this. Great work!
